- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include any accessories or promotional items that came with the purchase.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Underwear or intimate apparel.
- Socks (if opened or worn).
- Water bottles or personal-use accessories that have been opened.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper care, or accidents.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like a different size or color, please submit an exchange request through our Returns Portal or contact our Customer Support team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange:

- Ship your package using the provided return instructions.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors, your building management, or household members.
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any associated fees unless the item received was defective or sent in error.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.
Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive store credit for the value of the returned merchandise.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
