At Pretty Gang Clothing, we are committed to getting your athletic wear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may include:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more before taxes, discounts, and shipping fees.

Free shipping promotions may only apply to select locations and may not be available during certain sales, launches, or limited-time promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If your tracking information has not updated within 3–5 business days, please contact us at infoprettygang@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, your items may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment timing.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Pretty Gang Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at infoprettygang@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pretty Gang Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, mailroom, leasing office, or local carrier first.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us at infoprettygang@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders shipping to remote areas, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page when available. Please note that these dates are estimates and may change.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it. You may refer to our Return Policy for information on returning eligible items.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain restricted locations. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our customer support team.

Some products may also be restricted from shipping internationally due to customs regulations.
